Role, for example owner and lead installer

Two lines from a short owner interview go here: how you started, and why you quote flat prices.

12–16

grains per gallon

How hard Mesa’s water runs, per the City of Mesa water quality report. That scale settles inside your tank. Here’s how to tell yours is near the end.

What we install

A short list, done well. Every price is flat and quoted up front.

  • Water heater replacement

Gas and electric tanks, 40 to 80 gallons. Old tank hauled away.

    From $1,075 installed

  • Tankless water heaters

Switching from a tank, or replacing a tankless unit that’s done.

    From $4,295 installed

  • Water softeners

Hard water shortens the life of a water heater. A softener slows that down.

    From $1,495 installed

  • Garbage disposals

Replaced at a set price, with the old unit taken away.

    From $295 installed

How a job goes

  1. You call or text

You reach the crew that does the work, not a call center.

  2. You get a flat price

Over the phone, before anyone drives out. A photo of the label helps.

  3. We do exactly that job

The job we priced, nothing added. Attic, closet or code upgrades are quoted before work starts.

  4. You’re covered

Old heater hauled away and recycled, plus a 1-year labor warranty.

Straight answers

How can I tell my water heater is near the end?

Rusty or discolored hot water, rumbling or popping from the tank, water around the base, or hot water that runs out faster than it used to. Hard water like Mesa’s builds scale inside the tank, which speeds all of that up. Text us a photo of the label and we’ll tell you how old it is.

Will the price change once you’re here?

Not for the job we priced. Garage install with easy access is the standard job. Attic, closet or code upgrades are quoted before work starts.

What comes with a new tank?

New tank with 6-year manufacturer warranty. Ball valve and flex lines if needed. Old tank hauled away and recycled. 1-year labor warranty.
